G & J Demolition can arrange for the full pre-demolition hazardous materials surveys to be carried out, this can include for Asbestos, Lead based paints, Blown Foams.

We can provide costings and carry out the safe removal of all the above materials using our trained workforce. Asbestos containing materials and contamination from disturbances within the interior and/or exterior of buildings are removed and disposed of in accordance with industry guidelines and regulations.

Tools and methods used during abatement may include, but are certainly not limited to: negative pressure /filtered exhaust systems; mobile decontamination trailers or purpose built, site specific decontamination units; HEPA vacuuming; air monitoring and visual inspections.
