Soft Strip and Clearance of live office block
G & J Demolition was contracted by APM Contracts Limited to carry out internal demolitions and soft strip removal within a live office block at Kerr Street, Glasgow.
The project involved carrying out internal soft strip and removal of all soft furnishing materials including doors, ceilings, floor coverings and partition walls in the unoccupied offices in the building. Having to work around occupied offices, careful and strategic planning was required by client and office tenants and G & J Demolition to ensure total safety and continuity to all works.
THE TEAM & OUTCOMES
The contract was completed on time and within budget. No Health and Safety issues occurred. Client and tenants were completely satisfied with all aspects of G & J Demolitions handling of all works.
